1. Vehicle listings and pricing

All vehicle information on the Site — including prices, mileage, equipment, availability, and photographs — is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute a binding offer to sell. Vehicles are subject to prior sale. Prices may change without notice and do not include government fees and taxes, any finance charges, any dealer document processing charge, any electronic filing charge, and any emission testing charge, unless expressly stated otherwise.

While we make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate, errors can occur. Please verify any information important to your purchase decision with us directly by phone at +1 (925) 575-6300 or in person before relying on it.

2. No warranties on information

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Vehicle history summaries (including third-party reports such as CARFAX) are provided as a convenience and are not a substitute for an independent inspection.

Nothing on the Site modifies the terms of any written purchase agreement. Warranty coverage, if any, for a specific vehicle is stated on the Buyer's Guide displayed on that vehicle and in your purchase paperwork.
